What are Total Engagements?
The total number of user interactions with a piece of content. (Reactions, likes, comments, saves, link clicks, shares, etc.)

Where should I find Total Engagements?
Utilize the Insights from the Meta Business Suite. Select Posts and navigate down to All Posts Published. Adjust the metric to sort by Likes, Comments, and Shares.

Why are Total Engagements Important?
Engagement is essentially the true relationship between the content creator and their audience, as it’s the users’ most popular form of communicating feedback to the creator or brand. A higher Total Engagements score indicates that more users were persuaded or moved to interact, signalling an improved campaign.

How to improve your Total Engagements metric?
Post high quality content frequently, consistently, and when your audience is most active. Choose interactive formats and types of content that naturally encourage more user interaction like Polls or Quizzes. Call on your users to provide their opinions, suggestions, or questions.

How frequently should I track this?
Follow alongside the duration of your campaigns, but remember to log your data weekly and report for analysis at least once monthly as well.
