Organic Engagements
What are Organic Engagements?
Engagements are how users interact with your content. Likes, shares, saves, and comments are just a few examples of how your audience can engage with your posts. Organic engagements are those interactions from posts that did not receive paid, promotional boosts.
Where should I find Organic Engagements?
From your profile home page, click on the menu icon (the three lines) in the top right of your screen and select Insights. From the “Insights Overview” page, click on “Content Interactions” to see a broad view of engagements. For single organic post analytics, scroll down on the “Insights Overview” page and click on “Content You Shared.”
Why are Organic Engagements Important?
Engagements are forms of direct feedback from your followers and non-followers, and a great way to tap into how your audience views and values your brand. By listening to your engagements, you can adjust each future social campaign more effectively.
How to improve your Organic Engagements metric?
Use popular and relevant hashtags, respond to comments and messages, and collaborate with other creators to improve Organic Engagements.
How frequently should I track this?
It’s best to include Organic Posts in your weekly and monthly reporting.
